>> First of all, Open your Chrome browser, or install from Playstore if you don't have it on your Android phone.

>> Open address bar and type “chrome://flags” without the quotes

>> Scroll down to (or search for it using Find in Page located in the navigation list) “Chrome Home Android

>> Tap the Default button and select “Enabled” there.

>> You will be prompted to Relaunch Chrome. Kindly relaunch it.

>> After the browser restarts, the address bar will display at the bottom of the screen, just like mine below.
